"Shunya" means zero. Our job is to bring the busywork in your business as close to zero as we can.
You do. Every workflow, sheet and account is set up in your name. At handover we remove our access, or keep collaborator access only if you choose a care plan.
We only use the data the workflow needs, and keys and passwords stay in your tools' secure storage, never in emails, chats or documents. We never ask for your passwords; you add us by invite.
Every workflow goes through our documented test checklist before handover, and we fix any bugs in the build for 14 days after handover, for the agreed scope. After that, an optional monthly care plan covers monitoring, fixes and updates.
One round of revisions is included. Extra rounds are quoted before we start them, so there are no surprise charges.
Many small workflows run on free tiers of tools like n8n, Make or Zapier. If your setup needs a paid plan or AI usage, your written plan says so before we start, and you pay the tool directly in your own name.
