1. Who we are and these terms. This website is run by Trust Gem (Shunya Bots), a sole proprietorship based in Pune, India. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. These terms form an electronic contract under the IT Act 2000 and the Indian Contract Act 1872.
2. Paid work is covered separately. These terms cover only use of the website. Paid work with direct clients is governed by our Client Service Agreement and its Order Form or SOW. Work arranged through Upwork is governed by Upwork's terms and the Upwork contract. If those documents conflict with these terms, they take priority for that work.
3. Information only, not professional advice. Site content, including demos and prices, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your situation, and it is not an offer. Prices and availability may change until we confirm them in writing.
4. Demos and free tools. Any chatbot demo, sample automation or free tool on the site is labelled as a demo and provided "as is" for evaluation. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so don't rely on it for important decisions and don't enter sensitive or confidential information. We may change or remove demos at any time.
5. Our content. We or our licensors own the site's text, design, logos, graphics, videos and code. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell or reuse our content, or the "Shunya Bots" name, without written permission.
6. Acceptable use. You must not: break the law; try to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or a demo; get around security; try to make a demo chatbot reveal its instructions or keys (prompt injection); upload malware; send spam or misleading messages through our forms; or infringe anyone's rights. We may block access if these terms are broken.
7. Third-party links and tools. The site links to or embeds third-party services (for example Zoho Forms and Upwork). Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them.
8. Disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, the site and demos are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for use of the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.
10. Indemnity. If you misuse the site or break these terms and a third party makes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
11. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
12. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, though we may seek urgent relief in any court that has jurisdiction. This doesn't remove any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
13. Changes and general terms. We may update these terms, and the effective date shows the current version. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a clause doesn't waive it.
